Lithuania's "brain gain" strategy finds new life in Ukraine. It is also my personal perception that in this war, it is the best and bravest who stay in or return to Ukraine. Clearly a sign that Ukraine leads a just defense operation. In Russia it is the opposite - the best and bravest become dissidents and have to leave the country.
